Add contact reasons

A contact reason indicates why a patient was contacted by the practice.

Bp Premier supplies a set of default system contact reasons, which may be updated in future data updates. You cannot delete or modify system reasons, but you can add your own. You can only select a custom contact reason when manually entering a contact note.

  1. Select SetupConfiguration. Select the Lists tab. The Contact Note Reason list is shown at the bottom right.
  2. Contact Note Reasons

  3. Click Add under the list. The Reason for contact note window will appear.
  4. Enter a descriptive name for the contact reason and click Save.
  5. Click Save again and close the Configuration screen.
