The version of Bp VIP.Net you are using, Ruby and all Ruby service packs, has been 'sunset' with the release of the latest revision of Topaz.
This knowledge base will no longer be updated with the latest features and revisions of Bp VIP.Net. The Bp VIP.Net Topaz Knowledge Base will be updated with all future Bp VIP.Net releases. The Topaz knowledge base also contains user and navigation enhancements and is much easier to search for articles and documents like tutorial videos and Quick Reference Guides.
Version Topaz and Topaz service packs and revisions contain bug fixes and new features that may be useful for your practice. Review the changes in Topaz releases in the What's New page.

For Australian practices
Services Australia will very soon permanently disable out-of-date Medicare ‘adapter technology’. All Medicare functions will be processed through the Medicare Web Services framework.
The version of Bp VIP.Net for this online help knowledge base (version Ruby) does not support Medicare Web Services. You MUST upgrade to version Topaz Service Pack 1 or later if your practice needs to process any Medicare claims or other functions such as AIR submissions.
