Set up clinical reminders

This article describes the Bp Premier components you need to set up to enable the clinical reminder workflow.

If you have upgraded to Indigo SP1, you can now send clinical reminders by SMS to patients. You will need to indicate patient consent to receive this type of communication, and set up Bp Comms.

The configuration steps are:

  1. Set up your practice's Reminder reason list and reminder types
  2. Set Reminder workflow and Reminders screen defaults
  3. Create Reminder letter templates.
