No, your best healh app account logs you into your mobile app, your Best Health Bookings account logs you into any Best Health Booking application.
Can I reset my Best Health account password?
Yes. The Best Health sign in screen has a Forgot password link. Click Forgot password to send a verification code to your Best Health account email address and reset your password.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes, within the cancellation window that you have defined for the practice location.
When a patient books an appointment, a confirmation email is sent to the patient's email address for their Best Health account. The email contains a link to cancel the appointment if necessary. Click the link to open a Cancel Booking popup to confirm the cancellation.
If the patient attempts to cancel outside of the cancellation window, they will receive a 'Cancellation not successful' message and must contact the practice directly to cancel the appointment.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
Yes, just nominate their name when prompted during booking.
