Notify a User about Appointment Changes or Tasks Due

A practitioner can be notified by email when appointments for their clients are created, changed, cancelled or deleted. Notifications are for all actions to a client's appointment.

The Tasks Due (or Overdue) emails can be sent to any Bp Allied user.

The scheduled Tasks email is only available for installations of Bp Allied using Bp Allied Scheduler.

Sign up for notifications

  1. Go to the System tab.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select User Administration.
  4. Select the user to update if logged in as an administrator, or select your own user.
  5. Enter your Email address.
  6. Tick the Receive e-mail notifications on appointment changes.
  7. Tick the Email Daily Task List to email daily tasks.
  8. Click Apply to immediately apply the changes.
  9. Click OK to save and close.

IMPORTANT  To make sure that this change is seen by any computer used to make appointment changes, run a Sync All on all computers.
