Export to Outlook is a 'static' export of information and is not dynamically updated after export as information in the appointment book changes in Bp Allied.
This option is disabled if Outlook is not installed on the computer running Bp Allied.
To set up Outlook export options:
- Select System and then Options from the main menu. Select the Outlook Options tab on the left.
- Select the Outlook Calendar to export to from the drop down list.
- Select the number of days in the Past and the Future to export to Outlook.
The more days in the Past and Future are set, the longer your calendar export will take.
To export to Outlook, open the appointment book and select the Export to Outlook option from the main menu.
