Mobile Phone Types

For SMS Reminders to be sent to a phone number, the assigned Phone Type must be set to Phone Type is a Mobile Phone Type in Data Maintenance.

1. Select Data Maintenance > Phone Types.



2. Add a new row and type the name of the new phone type.
3. If the phone type is able to receive SMS reminders, tick Phone Type is Mobile Phone Type.
4. By default, the Mobile and Mobile (Work) phone types are ticked.
