QG - Cancelling an Appointment

  1. With the Appointment Book open, r ight click and select Open OR double click on the relevant appointment.
  2. Tick the Cancelled box if the appointment/meeting has been cancelled. 
  3. The Cancellation Reason drop-down list will be enabled.
  4. Select the appropriate Cancellation Reason.
  5. Click OK to save and close.
  6. The appointment will display in the Appointment Book in red (by default).
