These buttons will apply changes to all calendars currently displayed.
 Day View
Click Day to view all your appointments for the date you specify using the Calendar

 Work Week View
Click Work Week to view all your appointments for Monday to Friday. This view can include Saturday and/or Sunday depending on the options selected in System > Options > Appointment Book

 Week View
Click Week to see all appointments from Monday to Sunday for the week selected

 Month View
Click Month to view all appointments for the month selected.
