Referral - ATAPS ICD10

Select the appropriate ICD-10 code or codes for your Client. The options available are driven by the ATAPS Minimum Dataset Requirements

If Referral Type of Children is selected then an addtional tab becomes available on the Referral. This is used to capture the appropriate ICD-10 codes for a Child Client as shown below:

Select the appropriate ICD-10 code or codes for your Client.
