QG - Create a new Referrer
From the lefthand menu pane
Open the Data Maintenance Module
Select Referrers from the list of tables that displays
Click on Add New Referrer
A blank referrer details screen will display.
Enter in the new referrer details by tabbing from one field to the next. Not all fields are required.
Last Name (required)
First Name (required)
Provider ID (required: enter TBA or the like if not known)
Add any additional information, as required
Address: If an address is entered then a Suburb/Postcode MUST be entered
Secure Messaging: If a secure messaging provider is identified for the referrer then the correspopnding account information needs to be entered. For both Argus and ReferralNet this information can be obtainined using the linked search.
Click OK to save changes and to close the Data Maintenance window.
