Best Practice Software Partner Network

This article describes what the Bp Partner Network is, who the current Bp Partners are, and provides some Frequently Asked Questions and Answers about the Bp Partner Network, including how to apply for membership.

The Bp Partner Network also includes E-ordering partners, which are partners who run laboratories that support electronic pathology and imaging orders sent directly to the laboratory. See Bp eOrdering Partners for more information.

What is the Bp Partner Network?

The Bp Partner Network is a program that formalises Best Practice Software's relationship with practices and technology vendors that develop integrated solutions with Bp's suite of software products.

The Bp Partner Network offers a partner ecosystem that allows our customers to tailor their clinical IT systems with innovative solutions from approved health technology partners. Partners are granted access to the Bp Partner Network following a stringent review process to maintain the high level of service, security, and reliability necessary to protect customer and patient data.

Partner transition to Halo Connect

With Partners transitioning to integrating with Bp Premier through Halo Connect, there may be an additional record listed for some Partners in the third-party integrations list to support this changeover.

If the third-party software you use has transitioned to using Halo Connect, then you will need to make sure the ‘via Halo Connect’ record is ticked in the third-party integrations screen. Note not all partners using Halo Connect will have a ‘via Halo Connect’ record, so this only needs to be ticked if it exists. The older listings will be removed in a future data update when the changeover to using Halo Connect is complete for a Partner.

If you are unsure about which records to enable in the third-party integrations screen, please contact the relevant Partner for further advice.

Which Bp partners have joined the Bp Partner Network?

The following partners have onboarded with the Bp Partner Network, and can be enabled for your practice after a Program Update, or at any time from Bp Premier by selecting Setup > Configuration > Database > Set up Third-Party Integrations.
