Bp Premier records an audit trail of each interaction with My Health Record.
To view the My Health Record Audit trail:
- From the Bp Premier main screen, select View > My Health Record Audit.
- Search for and select a patient to view audit information for.
- The My Health Record Audit trail screen will display.
The following table lists the information about each logged interaction in the column headers:

The name of the patient whose MHR was accessed or updated. |

The Individual Health Identifier (IHI) of the patient. |

The Individual Health Identifier (IHI) of the Authorised Representative of the patient. |

User |
The logged in user that accessed the patient's MHR. |
|
HPI-I |
The Health Provider Identifier - Individual (HPI-I) number of the logged in user. |

HPI-O |
The Health Provider Identifier - Organisation (HPI-O) for the practice location. |

Operation |
The action that was taken against the MHR record. |

Result |
The result of the action taken against the MHR record, Success or Error. |

The practice location of the logged in provider. |
