Contact your practice and ask them to send you an enrolment invitation. You will receive this invitation as a new message in your inbox. Open the message and tap Yes at the bottom of the screen to accept the enrolment.

Your connection to your practice is fully encrypted and highly secure, based on the latest industry standards, security models, and technologies.
Once you have enrolled with your practice, you can ask your doctor to send you a health summary that contains details of your medical information. These will appear as new messages in your inbox.
All data that passed through the cloud is fully encrypted and is stored in Australia. During the sign up process for the Best Health App, your email address and mobile number are verified for your protection and used to validate and authenticate your account.

Make sure you have turn on notifications for the Best Health App on your device. Under your notification settings on your mobile device, find the Best Health App and switch notifications on for this app.
When you first open the Best Health App and sign in, you are taken to the Home screen. Tap the box labelled Inbox to open your messages. New messages will display in bold text. Tap a new message to view its content.
To return to the Home menu, tap the side menu icon ☰ at the top left of your screen, and tap the Home option from the side menu. You can also view messages by tapping the Inbox option on the side menu.
Yes. Over time, your inbox may contain a large number of messages. You can clean up your inbox by removing multiple messages at once. Select messages by tapping the icon to the left of the message. An options menu︙will appear at the top of your screen. Tap the options menu and select the Delete option.
When you first open the Best Health App and sign in, you are taken to the home screen. Tap the box labelled Appointments to view your upcoming appointments. Tap the Past tab at the top of the screen to view your past appointments. To return to the Home menu, tap the side menu icon ☰ at the top left of your screen and tap Home from the side menu. You can also view appointments by tapping the Appointments option on the side menu.
You can only book a new appointment if your practice uses a separate booking tool.
Tap View My Practices on the Home page or tap the side menu icon ☰ to open the menu and tap My Practices.
From My Practices, tap the practice for which you wish to make a booking. The details of the practice will appear. If your practice uses a booking tool, a Booking Appointment button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap this button to load the practice booking tool to create your new appointment.
If you do not see any health fact sheets it means you have not nominated any health interests.
- Tap the ☰ icon to open the side menu.
- Tap the Settings option.
- Tap the Health Interests option to display the available health interests.
- Select the topics that interest you.
- Tap the Update button and the bottom of the screen to save your selections.
Fact sheets relating to your selected topics will now display in the Health Fact Sheets screen. Tap the topic icon to show the list of fact sheets available.
If your doctor has sent you a health fact sheet, you will receive a new message in your message inbox. Open the message and tap Download Fact Sheet at the bottom of the screen. The fact sheet will be displayed.
To see all fact sheets sent by your doctor, navigate to the Health Fact Sheets page either from the Home screen or the side menu. All health fact sheets sent by your doctor will display at the top of the page in a section called From Your Practice.
Yes. The Best Health App uses mobile data to send you information. The App has been designed to minimise data usage as much as possible. You can monitor the amount of data usage in your phone settings.
When you arrive at the practice for your appointment, the Best Health App will begin scanning for the practice Bluetooth device. If there are a lot of other Bluetooth devices in proximity, the scan may take up to thirty seconds. Once the device is detected, the Check In button on your Appointment Details screen is enabled and you can check in without waiting at the reception desk.
If you forget your login details, tap the Forgot Login Details option on the sign in screen and follow the instruction. You will be able to retrieve your user name and reset your password.
You can change your password via the Settings options on the side menu.

- Select the Reset Password option to change your password.
If you have changed your mobile number, you can update this from within the Best Health App.
- Tap the side menu icon ☰ to open the menu.
- Tap Settings, then Account Details.
- Enter your new mobile number.
You will be sent a verification code to verify your new number.
IMPORTANT You must contact your Practice and inform them of your new mobile number.
Your email address is your Username. You can change it via the side menu.
