Add kilometres travelled to DVA accounts

This article explains how to add the distance travelled for a consult to a DVA account in Saffron SP3 and later.

1. In the Account details screen, set the Bill to: field to DVA direct bill.
2. Click Add item. The Account item screen will appear.
3. Tick DVA list. The item section will populate with DVA item numbers.
4. In the DVA Code field, type KM to search for the KM Item number.
5. Double-click the KM item number in the item section.
6. Enter the number of kilometres to bill in the Kilometres travelled field.



7. Click Add.
