v1.0.0.21364

Release Date:

30/08/2024

This release includes bug fixes and enhancements to the MyMedicare Import Tool:

  • The MyMedicare Import Tool will attempt to match the imported patient by Medicare Number; if there is no Medicare Number, it will attempt to match patients using a DVA number if one is present in the CSV file.
  • For Audit trail purposes, after importing the CSV file, the MyMedicare Import Tool will export the results to a CSV file on the user's computer.
  • Where the MyMedicare Import Tool cannot find a match for the patient in the Bp Premier database, users can now manually match unmatched patient records directly from the MyMedicare Import Tool.
  • An issue that prevented users from updating a patient's practice location more than once has been resolved. Users can now update the practice location as many times as required.
  • Improvements have been made to the Duplicate Patient Selected window; duplicate patients will be displayed in a scrollable list, making them easier to view.
  • After importing the CSV file, the MyMedicare Import Tool will disable the check boxes and update buttons.
  • Upon logging in, the MyMedicare Import Tool will perform a minimum version check to ensure that the required Bp Premier version is Orchid SP1 Revision 1 or later and that the data update for December 2023 or later is installed.
