Welcome to the provisioning page. This page is for new users to Best Health Booking, or those who might be reconfiguring BHB after a significant system change.
IMPORTANT Online bookings will only be available to patients if your Bp Premier server is connected to a permanent stable internet connection. If your device or hardware that's running Bp Premier is shut down, suspended (such as closing a laptop), or enters sleep mode, your patients will not be able to book online.
Bp Premier provisioning
1. Install Site Manager
You will need to install Site Manager software first. To check the version of Bp Premier you are running, select Help > About from within the software.
2. Confirm Provider and clinic details
Confirm with your providers what appointment types they wish to have bookable online, along with your clinic details for consistency.
What do I do if I have already installed Site Manager?
If Site Manager has already been installed then you are ready to move on to the next steps in the Provisioning process, confirming provider and clinic details.
