Identify appointments booked online

This article describes how to set up a tag in Best Health Booking to identify appointments in Bp Premier that have been booked online.

The tag appears in the Bp Premier appointment book to differentiate between appointments booked online and those made directly with the practice, and to facilitate appointment follow-up and the reporting of appointment statistics.

  1. From the left-hand menu, select Best Health Booking > Online Settings.
  2. Scroll down the page until you arrive at Appointments Booked online show a tag in Bp Premier.

  3. Switch on the Appointments booked online shows a tag in Bp Premier setting.
  4. The Use default tag (BHB) is selected as the default.
  5. To create a custom tag, select the Use a custom tag radio button and enter a tag with up to eight characters.

The image below shows an example of the Default tag (BHB) that appears in the Appointment Book in Bp Premier.
