ATAPS Session Info - Consultation Information
The information collected in this section of the Consultation Information is used for reporting in the ATAPS Sessions Report. It can also be used to input into an Invoice if that is required e.g. if you sub-contract to a Medicare Local practice. This information is required as part of ATAPS Service.
Referral Type
This information is populated based on the ATAPS Referral Type selected in the Referral.
Session Duration can be of 4 types and is specified depending on the appointment length selected.
Please note that it appears the screen isn't displaying the duration correctly. It always displays as 0-30mins but the reports exported for ATAPS do however show the correct figure. This issue will be fixed in version 5 of myPractice due out in 2014.
Session Modality
This is how the session is conducted. Other options include via Telephone, Video Conference and Web-based.
Session Type
This determines whether the session is Individual, Family or Group based.
Co-payment Amount
This is the amount paid by the patient. In many cases this will be zero.

One or more of these are selected to show what types of strategy's or therapy tools were used with the Client at this session.
