Referral - ATAPS Details
The option selected in the ATAPS Referral Type field significantly affects other fields that are made available for entry of information. These details are discussed below. The options available are driven by the ATAPS Minimum Dataset Requirements
ATAPS Referral Type
Entry of an ATAPS Referral Type is required.
Select the appriopriate option from the drop down list
Two referral types are no longer valid: Telephone CBT (Cancelled) and 2010-2011 Floods and Cyclone Yasi (Retired)
Selection of the following options results in some changes to what is seen on screen:
A No Formal Diagnosis field displays as shown below
Perinatal Depression
If the ATAPS Referral Type of Perinatal Depression is seleted then this results in the Due Birth Date and Child Birth Date fields being displayed along with an addtional Strategy field.
Children
If Referral Type of Children is selected then two things happen:
An addtional tab, ATAPS - Children becomes available on the Referral. This is used to capture the appropriate ICD-10 codes for a Child Client.
Some additional Strategy options are available for selection on the ATAPS - Details tab, as shown below:
Demographic Details
Fill in the demographic details as appropriate.
Referrer Type
A Referrer Type is required to be selected. The list of available Referrer Types does change depending on the ATAPS Referral Type choosen with GP defaulting in for a number of the Referral Types.
No referrer Type is required for the following Referral Types:
