ATAPS Reports
Once the SLKs are assigned correctly and the ATAPS Clients are checked, the reports can be run.
The Reports should be run in the following order
ATAPS Patients
ATAPS Referrals
ATAPS Sessions
The Reports need to be uploaded in that order as well. Refer to the linked page for uploading instructions.
The most common issues regarding upload errors are found here on the ATAPS site.
How to run the reports
Go to Reports module
Select the ATAPS Patients report first
Enter in the Startdate e.g. 1/03/2013
Click OK, or press Enter
Enter the End Date
Click OK, or press Enter
The report will display
Click the Excel button to export this report as a CSV file and save it locally for uploading to the ATAPS MDS site.
Repeat to run the ATAPS Referrals and then the ATAPSSessions reports.
