When ticked this displays calendars in the Appointment Book for Practitioners who are currently available.
  • This overrides the ability to tick and untick Calendars to display.
 
This is view dependent, so if in Week View a practitioner would not display if set to Not Available for the whole week. This is set in the Practitioner Availability scheduler.

This area shows you a list of available calendars to view
  • Tick those you wish to see within your appointment book. 
  • To configure access to each Calendar see Options > Calendars.
