How to export data out of Bp Allied
Some information can be easily exported out of Bp Allied in an electronic format. Namely, anything that is included in a report or in an editable table in Data Maintenance.
To export information
Run the relevant report in Reports e.g. Appointment Summary
OR
Open the relevant table in Data Maintenance, e.g. Referrers
Click on the Export to Excel button
For Reports this is located on the top right
In Data Maintenance this is located on the bottom left
The Save to Location... dialog box will display
Select the relevant location and Click Save.
Open the information in Excel and use as desired.
If you are using Bp Allied Live Fully Hosted you will need to navigate down to the drives relevant your computer and save into one of them.
