The WorkCover Queensland certificate has been updated for April 2024.
Best Practice Software have made available an updated certificate, and a script to install the updated certificate in the Bp Premier database.
The required actions are to run the script to install the certificate, and then update the certificate from Bp Premier Setup > Configuration.
- Right-click the download link UpdateWorkCoverQldPersonalCertCertificateApril2024.bpscript and select Save Link As... or Save Target As....
- Save the file UpdateWorkCoverQldPersonalCertCertificateApril2024.bpscript file to a known location on a Bp Premier workstation used to send WorkCover Queensland claims.
- Run the script with the Bp Script Runner utility. Instructions on how to access the utility and run the script are available here.
- Once the script has been run, log in to Bp Premier and go to Setup > Configuration > WorkCover.
- Click Setup.
- Click Install Certificates.
- You will be prompted with 'QLD WorkCover certificates already appear to be installed, do you want to reinstall them?' Click Yes.
- Click Test and confirm that WorkCover is working.
- Repeat steps 4 to 8 on every machine or user profile your Practice uses to send out claims to QLD WorkCover.
NOTE Because of the nature of the .bpscript file, some browsers may alert that downloading these files is a security risk. You can safely proceed and select to keep this file.
