Save Dosage and Frequency for a Medication

When a prescription form has been completed but not saved, click the Save button beside the Saved Default field to save the dosage and instructions for prescribing this drug in the future.

The orange section in the example below shows the data automatically completed from the Saved Default.

NOTE The settings are only saved for that drug and would need to be completed for each new drug prescribed. he Saved Default is only for this logged in Provider.

To delete a saved default dose:

1. Click the down arrow beside the field and select the required line.
2. As soon as this is selected the fields within the prescription will update to the selected saved default.
3. Select the Save default and click the Delete button to delete a default.

NOTE This does not delete any prescriptions only the defaults for creating new ones.
