Create system autotexts

Create system autotexts used throughout Bp VIP.net to populate default fields in the appointment book and patient communications.

  1. Click Setup > Autotext.
  2. Create the following Autotext entries if they don't exist.

Autotext label

Description

WSNAP

Autotext set up to create text in the Snapshot.

OPPROCEDURE

Used to create the Procedure column in the Operations Day List.

OPPATIENT

Used to create the Patient Info column in the Operations Day List

OPCUSTOM

Used to create the Notes column in the Operations Day List

ABDLPATIENT

Used to create the Patient Info column in the Appointment Day List Columns.

ABARR

An autotext in the Appointment Book to activate on arriving the patient

AREFDOC

An autotext about the referral expiry date in the Appointment Book.

SMSBR

An autotext that can be set up for a SMS Bulk Reminder.

SMSDELAY

An autotext that can be set up to use as an appointment delay text notification.

Txt Appt Rem

An autotext to use when setting up APPOINTMENT reminder texts.

Txt ApptLate

An autotext to use to create an SMS for Doctor running late.

NEWPT

An autotext used to display warning messages on patient selection in the appointment book.

  1. Apply Autotexts to the appointment books through each Provider Appointment Book set up from Setup > Appointment Book > Page-Owners.

IMPORTANT   Check that the Autotext in the snapshot does not contain incorrect merge fields. Fields must be set to 'Patient Level' only.
