Appointments toolbar

Use this toolbar to create appointments, view reminders, find free time, display cancelled appointments (or remove them from display) and sychronise your appointments with Outlook, iCal or Google calendars.

Use this toolbar to change the number of days displayed within each calendar.

Use this toolbar to move the calendar backwards and forwards, change the timeslot intervals displayed on the calendar and navigate back to today.

Whether the Refresh button or the Synchronise buttons display depends on the connection to your database.

If Refresh displays then myPractice directly connects to the database and there is no intermediary database location.
If the synchronise buttons display then there is a local copy of the database on your computer and hence synchronisation with the main databse is required. Click here for more information on Synchronising myPractice.

Print or preview your appointment book.

When there a multiple practitioners then these buttons can be used to display calendar columns grouped by day or by practitioner.

Group by Resource - Groups the Appointment Book by Practitioner, each day will fall under each Practitioner.

Group by Date - Groups the Appointment Book by Date, all Practitioners will fall under each date.

This is used to change how the time segments in the appointment book is displayed

Use this to toggle between showing the 24 hour daily time scale and the work hours designated in System > Options > Appointment Book.

Enables searching for, displaying the details of or creating a new client as well attaching documents, emails or recording phone contacts,

Click this button to exit the myPractice program.
