Show available only

When ticked this displays calendars in the Appointment Book for Practitioners who are currently available.

This overrides the ability to tick and untick Calendars to display.

This is view dependent, so if in Week View a practitioner would not display if set to Not Available for the whole week. This is set in the Practitioner Availability scheduler.

Tick those you wish to see within your appointment book.
To configure access to each Calendar see Options > Calendars.
