Aged Debtor Reports

Use the Aged Debtors Preset report to create reports that show outstanding debts as at a specific aging date.

Before you begin

Before you can view or configure reports, you must have the correct security roles set up in your user profile. See Configure Business Roles and Security Permissions for more information.

Aged debtor report options

You can use the Aged Debtor Preset report to create customised aged debtor reports that reflect the needs of your practice.

For example, to find out which organisations have fallen behind on payment, set the 'Bill to type' to organisations, the 'Bill to' to the organisation name you're searching for and the report will update to find those late payments. These reports can also be filtered by Type, Provider, Patient and Date.
