This report can be used to review details of a clients Medications, Medical Conditions, Supplements and related referral reason. Because more than one of all of these items can be added, there will be a line for every combination, so using Grouping and Filtering may be important if trying to pull numbers out of this report. The Statistics report can also be used to look at the breakdown of Medications and Medical Conditions.

Client Selection |
Select the clients to appear in the grid based on the radio buttons. This is based on when the client had their last appointment. Click Get Data to display the data in the grid. |

Results Grid |
This grid displays a line for each Medication, Medical Condition, Supplement combination, hence a client may appear numerous times in the grid. Use of grouping and filtering may be necessary to pull any numbers from this grid. |

Export Contact Details |
Export the clients contact details as per the standard export. See more details here. |

Output Options |
Use the standard options to Export, Preview or Print the report. |
