View the Communication History

This article describes how to view the Communication History in Bp Omni.

The Communication History screen provides a consolidated list of all outgoing communications sent from Bp Omni, including both SMS and Email messages. The list is view only, and individual communications cannot be opened or accessed directly from the Communication History.

  1. From the top bar, go to Admin > Communication History.

    2. The Communication History screen will appear.

    By default, the Communication History list displays communications in descending order, with the most recent messages shown at the top of the screen.

  2. Each communication record includes the following details:
    • Date and time
    • Patient
    • Delivery status
    • Reason for the communication
    • Method (SMS or Email)
    • Created by (user or system).
  3. Use the Filters at the top of the screen to refine the list. Search by Patient name, or apply filters by Status, Reason, Method or Date range.
