Log in to Premier Online Services (PrOS) and set up online bookings. The interactive guides below and Best Health Booking Knowledge Base will guide you through every step of the process. If you need assistance, you can always contact our support team who are here to help.
Access Premier Online Services (PrOS) here to set up your practice and provider details for online bookings. Log into PrOS with the email address entered into your user details in Bp Premier, and your Bp Premier password.
Once you have access to log in and configure your settings for Best Health Booking in PrOS, you can view these interactive tutorials either from here, or from within PrOS by clicking Help > Interactive guides that will help you through each step of the set up process.
Alternatively, if you choose not to use the interactive guides, complete the following steps manually from within Premier Online Services:

Practice Profile: Create a practice profile that will be visible to patients when they book online, including parking and disability access, standard and alternative hours or clinic closures and a booking policy.

Online Settings: Set which appointments that are booked online can be cancelled and rescheduled, how many weeks in advance patients are able to book online, how close to an appointment time bookings can be made and limit how many onlin bookings an account holder can make per day.

Appointments: Appointment types created in Bp Premier will be synchronised, allowing you to customise and choose which appointment types can be booked online by New and Existing patients.

Configure your individual provider settings for online bookings.

Set up exclusion periods. Exclusion periods are periods of time in your appointment book that you do not wish to be available for online bookings.

Set Activate Online Bookings to On in the Online Settings tab.

Add the unique booking URL available on the Practice Profile page in PrOS to your practice website or social media. Patients will use this link to make online bookings with your clinic.

IMPORTANT If your practice has more than one location registered for Best Health Booking, ensure you select the correct location to configure from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner in PrOS.
