Add a New Organisation

This article explains how to add and edit a new organisation in Bp Omni.

Add a new organisation

  1. Select the Address Book drop down menu.
  2. Select Organisations.
  3. Select New Organisation from the New Patient drop-down.
  4. New Organisation

  5. Enter the organisation details into the fields provided. Related organisations can be searched for and linked from here.
  6. Enter the organisation's location and contact details.
  7. Patients can be added as an Employer or an Employee.
  8. An organisation type of Employer, Health provider or Private Insurer.

NOTE To set up an organisation as an ACC Private Insurer or an Accredited Employer see ACC Accredited Employers.

Edit an organisation

  1. Navigate to the Address Book menu.
  2. Select Organisations.
  3. Select the ellipses [...] menu.
  4. Select Edit details.
