Set Up Communications

This article explains how to set up SMS and email communications and templates in Bp Omni.

Enable communications

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select Settings.
  2. Bp Omni settings menu

  3. From the menu on the left of the screen, click Practice &locations.
  4. Scroll down the page until you reach Communications.
  5. Set communication preferences for your practice.

  6. Toggle the Send confirmation of appt switch to Yes.
  7. Click Save.
