Configuring Best Health online booking for your practice has a few simple requirements. Visit our eligibility page to find out if your clinic meets these conditions.

IMPORTANT  Online bookings will only be available to patients if your Bp Premier server is connected to a permanent stable internet connection. If your device or hardware that's running Bp Premier is shut down, suspended (such as closing a laptop), or enters sleep mode, your patients will not be able to book online.

Bp Premier setup

1. Set up Bp Premier to connect to PrOS

2. Set up online appointment types in Bp Premier

For appointment types that are bookable online, Best Health Booking recommend that you create named versions so that you can report on online booking statistics.

PrOS Setup

To open your Premier Online Services configuration portal from Bp Premier version Orchid SP2, click the cloud icon at the right end of the main toolbar and log in using the user you set up in step 2.

3. Set up your practice profile

4. Set up online booking options

How to configure your online booking options, including the appointment types that can be booked online, and how to manage recalls, cancelled appointments, and patient matching in Bp Premier.

5. Set up Providers for online booking

How to add a doctor to online booking and create a profile for display to patients about a doctor's background and specialities.

6. Activate your online bookings

From the Online Settings tab on the left hand side of PrOS, set Activate online bookings to 'On'. You are now ready to embed the Unique booking URL from the Practice Profile into your website 'Book now' button, social media or Google My Business listing and start taking online bookings.

7. Notify your patients

To help increase the amount of bookings made online for your clinic, Bp has created marketing assets to give you a head start. This includes some entertaining and effectives images for social media posts, stories, web banners and signatures.
