The updates have been made in accordance with local New Zealand mobile network provider restrictions. The SMS? checkbox viewed from the Setup Autotext screen will display for Australian users, but can be selected and deselected. For New Zealand users, this checkbox is automatically selected and disabled for SMS Autotexts.
Yes, once eScript messages are no longer funded they will be sent using Bp SMS credit.
The Enforce Inactive Period Lockout field must have a value entered. The maximum number of minutes allowed is 99.
All prescriptions created by the logged-in provider displayed in the Preview Medications window after clicking Send My eScripts will be transmitted.
The Interval is the number of days allowed between repeats.
A default Interval can be set for medications using the Saved Defaults function. See Save Dosage and Frequency for a Medication for more details.
Yes, a sent eScript can be amended at any time. Once Modify is selected for a sent eScript, a message will be sent to eRx to lock the prescription from being dispensed for 10 minutes. Prescribers can make amendments to limited fields during this period. See Modify eScripts for more information.
Yes, Saved Defaults and Protocols can be used to create an eScript. An eScript must have a dose, formulation, route and quantity entered.
My Script List (MySL) is an aggregated list of a patient’s current active prescriptions and is a Department of Health conformant Active Script List (ASL) Registry. Prescribers and pharmacists can use MySL to view the patient's Active Script List. See the MySL website for more information.
The SMS message sent requesting patient consent is transmitted via MySL and cannot be customised or edited.
