Add or modify a procedure item
Add or modify a chargeable item that is an operation or surgical procedure. You can set a minimum recommended time for the operation from the charge definition in Setup > Charges.
Create a banking batch for reconciliation, and a deposit slip for banking.
Create Credit on Hold and use Credit on Hold for a patient or account holder to pay an invoice. You can also restrict the use of Credit on Hold to the original provider, or use Credit on Hold from anyone to pay an invoice.
Credit or write off an unrecoverable debt, depending on how your practice wants the debt accounted for.
Generate statements for one or multiple accounts
Generate a statement on request for an individual patient or organisation, or perform a statement run for debtors.
Link an invoice to an operation
Link an operation to one or more invoices to report on financials assocated with operations.
Use Bp VIP.net's stock functionality to inventory your practice stock, set item costs, and automatically update inventory when items are sold through the Payment screen.
Working with the Transaction History
Use the Transactions screen (F8) to manage patients' or organisations' outstanding and paid invoices. You can search for past transactions and print statements from this screen.
