What do the appointment statuses mean?

Appointment book statues, especially With Doctor, At Billing, Paid, and Invoiced, help your staff tell where in the appointment book workflow an appointment is up to, and which appointments need payment and closing off.

Approving third-party integration

Cleaning up uncoded and free text data

View deleted clinical data

Deleted clinical data is always retained. Administrators can view deleted data for a type of clinical data, or for a specific patient, which can be accessed from the main screen or from within the patient record. You can also export and recover deleted data from this utility.

Delete and recover records

In Bp Premier, you can delete and restore patient and user records. Patient records are deleted through the Patient list screen, and user records are deleted through the Users screen. Both patients and users can be restored through Bp Utilities.

Change Document Database Rollover Size

By configuring your databases to roll over at a higher size, you can reduce the number of document databases created for your instance of Bp Premier, meaning fewer files to back up, fewer databases to check when the program starts, and fewer databases to update when moving to a new version of Bp Premier.

Practices still backing up to a FAT32 file system or with other size limitations on files in their system may wish to leave this value at 1.8GB, and it is set that way by default for backwards compatibility.

To change your document database rollover size to 9.5GB:

From the Bp Premier home screen, select Setup > Configuration. The Configuration screen will appear.
From the General tab, change the Max document database size: field from 1.8GB to 9.5GB.

Click Save.
