What do the appointment statuses mean?

Appointment book statues, especially With Doctor, At Billing, Paid, and Invoiced, help your staff tell where in the appointment book workflow an appointment is up to, and which appointments need payment and closing off.

Approving third-party integration

Cleaning up uncoded and free text data

View deleted clinical data

Deleted clinical data is always retained. Administrators can view deleted data for a type of clinical data, or for a specific patient, which can be accessed from the main screen or from within the patient record. You can also export and recover deleted data from this utility.

Delete and recover records

In Bp Premier, you can delete and restore patient and user records. Patient records are deleted through the Patient list screen, and user records are deleted through the Users screen. Both patients and users can be restored through Bp Utilities.

View immunisations in My Health Record

This article explains how immunisation information, including COVID-19 immunisation status details, can be accessed in My Health Record.

To view immunisations in My Health Record, you must have My Health Record correctly configured at your practice. See Configure Bp Premier for My Health Record for more information.

View immunisation information

All immunisation information available in My Health Record can be viewed via the Immunisation Consolidated View. The Immunisation Consolidated View draws immunisation information from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), Shared Health Summaries and Event summaries, to provide a snapshot of all immunisation information for a patient in one place.

Can the Immunisation Consolidated View be used as evidence of COVID-19 vaccination?

Some organisations may accept a printed version of the Immunisation Consolidated View as evidence that a patient has been vaccinated against COVID-19. Otherwise, patients can access their immunisation history online, which they can use as proof of immunisation. Visit How to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations on the Services Australia website for more information.

Access the Immunisation consolidated view

From the patient's clinical record, select My Health Record > View Document List, or click the My Health Record button. The Document List will appear.
Double-click Immunisation Consolidated View. The Immunisation Consolidated View will open.

Four navigation panels will display at the top of the Immunisation Consolidated View:

Australian Immunisation Register
Immunisations
Shared Health Summary
Event Summary.

Australian Immunisation Register

Select Australian Immunisation Register to view all vaccine information for the patient that has been uploaded My Heath Record via the AIR. This view will display by default. If no immunisation information for the patient has been uploaded to the AIR, this link will not be available.

COVID-19 immunisation status

The COVID-19 Immunisation Status field in the Australian Immunisation Register view provides COVID-19 vaccination information for the patient at a glance.

Patient has received no doses	No text is displayed
Patient has received one dose	This individual has not received all required COVID-19 vaccines

Other information

The Australian Immunisation Register view also displays when the next dose of a vaccine is due if applicable, and any additional immunisation-related information about the patient that has been uploaded to the AIR.

Immunisations

Select Immunisations to view vaccine information for the patient that has been uploaded to My Health Record via the AIR, as well as via Shared Health Summaries and Event Summaries. This view will display by default if no information has been uploaded to the AIR.

NOTE If an immunisation has been uploaded to My Health Record via the AIR and via a shared Health Summary or Event Summary, it will be listed twice.

Shared Health Summary and Event Summary

Select either Shared Health Summary or Event Summary to view the patient's latest Shared Health Summary or Event Summary that contains immunisation information.
