Fixed several issues with co-claiming MBS item numbers identified in the August data update.
Known Issues
The known issues listed below will only occur if the following conditions are met:
- The Data Update has been automatically applied.
- Bp Premier has been installed in a location other than the default C:\Program Files\Best Practice Software\BPS.
eOrdering
If the Data Update is installed via the automatic Data Update process, when configuring eOrdering for the first time, the list of available providers may be blank.
To resolve this, download and manually rerun the August 2022 Revision 1 Data Update to repopulate this list. Best Practice Software are working on fixing this in the September Data Update.
Third-party integrations
If Data Update is installed via the automatic Data Update process, a small number of third-party integrations may report errors when integrating with the Bp Premier database.
To resolve this, download and manually rerun the August 2022 Revision 1 Data Update to re-authorise the third-party integration. Best Practice Software are working on fixing this in the September Data Update. If the issue persists, speak to your third-party software provider for further assistance.
