Patients

Access patient reports

To access reports, you must have the Reports permission set to Allow access, and you must have reports set up via Setup > Users > Edit > Set Reports. See Set up users to run reports for more information.

  1. From the Bp Premier home screen, select ManagementReports. The Bp Premier Reports screen will appear.
  2. Select the report you wish to view from the Available reports list. Depending on the report, the Choose the Report Parameters screen may appear.
  3. If the Choose the report Parameters screen appears, select your required report parameters from the Date, locations and Providers, Billing, Banking and Configuration tabs, and click View Report.

Patients - current list

Displays all patients who are marked as active, together with their street and postal address.

Patients - Deceased

Displays all patients who are marked as deceased together with their address and date of death.

Patients - Inactive list

Displays all patients who are marked as inactive together with their street and postal address.

Patients - List by age and sex

Displays all patients grouped by year of birth and sex with a count for each year of birth.

Patients - List by date of birth

Displays all patients grouped by year of birth with a count for each year of birth.

Patients - List by Postcode

Displays all patients grouped by postcode with a count for each year of birth.

Patients - New patients added in date range

Displays all patients added within a selected date range.

This report is grouped by month and year showing the number of patients added, and can be expanded to show the patient's name, address, sex, age and date added.

Patients - Top 1000 based on total value of services

This report lists the top 1000 patients sorted by the total dollar value of services. The patient list is grouped by Location.

Patients - Without date of birth

Displays all patients who do not have a date of birth recorded.

Patients - Without Medicare number

Displays all patients who do not have a Medicare number recorded.

Patients - Without sex

Displays all patients who do not have gender recorded.
